Canada Is No Longer Economically Prosperous

Canada’s economic prosperity is shaped by interconnected systems that influence how people live, work, and build their futures. I explore those systems with clarity and integrity, focusing on the responsibilities we hold as citizens while recognizing the broader world we operate within.
At its core, economic prosperity means more than strong markets or rising GDP (Gross Domestic Product) — it means ensuring everyday Canadians have real opportunities to build a secure and dignified life. That includes owning a home, raising a family, and contributing to a country others can look to with admiration.
In this blog, I take a close look at how Canada is doing right now, where our systems are falling short, and what we can do to build a stronger future. My articles will examine five foundational areas — Economics, Canadian Society, Political Governance, the Public and Private Sectors — reflecting my view that these form the building blocks of lasting prosperity. Additional areas may be added as appropriate.
Whether I’m exploring trade issues, employment insecurity, or how our governments and businesses operate, my goal is to spark ideas, offer solutions, and empower readers with a hopeful, forward looking vision for the country’s future.
